These terms set out how The Mass Production operates and how we work with you on equipment hire, events and creative projects.
1. Who we are
The Mass Production is a Liverpool based creative infrastructure platform providing equipment hire, technical support and event production for artists, collectives, venues and independent projects.
2. Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through the website, inventory system or social media does not confirm a booking. All hires, services and projects are subject to confirmation directly through The Mass Production
3. Equipment hire terms
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for hired equipment from the point of collection or delivery until return.
Damage: Any breakages or loss will be charged at full replacement value.
Returns: Equipment must be returned at the agreed date and time unless arranged otherwise in advance
4. Event production and on-site work
Access: We need clear load-in/load-out paths.
Sound & Safety: We operate within legal noise limits and strict health and safety protocols.
Cancellations: Events cancelled within 48 hours of setup incur 100% of the production fee.
5. Creative sessions and content
All music and creative content produced by artists remains the property of the artist or project owner. The Mass Production retains ownership of any equipment, technical setups and branded production infrastructure used throughout sessions or events.
6. Payments & Deposits
Deposits or upfront payments may be required depending on the scale of the hire, event or project. Final pricing and payment terms will be confirmed directly before booking confirmation.
7. Liability and limitations
The Mass Production is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including venue issues, power failures or extreme weather conditions.
8. Changes to these terms
Services, equipment availability and terms may occasionally change as The Mass Production continues to develop and expand.
